Cell Phone—and other Habits/Addictions
It’s common to cope with anxiety and overwhelm by pulling out your phone and scrolling. The quick dopamine hit makes our phones irresistible at times, to the point that for many, cell phone use becomes a type of compulsion.
I’ve helped plenty of folks find healthy coping alternatives to doomscrolling or obsessively checking texts or social media. A life without excessive cell phone use is possible.
